I have designed and implemented methodologies to strengthen teachers’ capabilities in vulnerable contexts, blending military training experience with academic approaches. I collaborate with national and international institutions such as Universidad de La Sabana, University of North Florida, and Universidad Santo Tomás, promoting educational transformation through a relational, inclusive, and sustainable lens.
